Default Any PLC programmers in here, any experience with Opto 22 Optocontrol-Factory Floor???

Hi all,

I'm having issues, i'm not a programer, nor do i claim to be...

I have a tool controled with this Opto 22 OptoControl- Factory Floor and need to make changes...

Does this ring a bell to ANYONE..

Sorry man. If it were an Allen-Bradley anything, I could do it in my sleep. I am not much help I guess.

I wrote some simple code for louvre control on a flare station using opto. Its a drag.

That was going to be my next move, but he!!, i don't even know the proper questions to ask....uuggg...

Yeah Chris, thanks... I've never herd of this either... it's full of flowchats that lead nowhere and all sorts of gobbly-gook...

This sucks, i'm going to have to SCAN a print of the block diag and send it to the company that built the frikkin bastich tool and look like a fool cause we can't get a prog that is easy enough for the end user to modify... Now i know why this tool has a sore spot for everyone that's worked on it in the past...

Well, i got it figured out... it was..... dumb easy, after some serious head banging... embarrassing easy in fact... But, I had someone that worked with it before look at it with me earlier in the day and neither of us could figure it out... then the prior tool owner/opperator came in for a unrelated mini-training session on something and i grabbed him and latched on till my dumbassattack moment was fisked....
