Default APS 65mm nonuniform flow

Just ranting here, scaling OL is getting on my nerves, take a look at this graph, x-axis: MAFv, y-axis: g/s:

check out those wavy oscillations...

It took about 7 reflashes and 30 good logs to dial in flat 11afrs, not to mention stupid tactrix disconnecting for no reason (and ferrite chokes do not help on the usb cable, nor SSD disk where I heard it should help because it's not immune to g force as much as rotating disk)

At around 3.5MAFv APS 65mm flows less than stock by 4.1% , which is where I had most problems, getting 9.9-10.3afr instead of 11.

APS vs stock flow (Ctrl +, enlarge that thing):

I have very slight exhaust leak in exh manifold, could that skew the readings wideband gets? Or does an exh leak before turbo work like $0.00 ewg?

You're trying to hard to get 0 trimming. Smooth out the curve and let your O2 sensors do their job.

That is true for closed loop, at 3.5MAFv we're well into OL and boost where stock o2 is useless. Hmm and I say no to smoothing! The whole point was to show how wavy the flow is with this CAI, if I would to smooth that out I would be hitting 10afr instead of 11s.

Are you scaling the MAF above 3V from full throttle runs only?

Yes I use your spreadsheet to filter and get 'WOT only' samples.

3.5v is around where turbo is spooling and boost/load is changing rapidly. Should collect data at part throttle so that boost/load is stable as MAF voltage sweep through the 3.5v area.
