Default Eibachs or Teins Springs?

Which one should I get Eibachs or Tein Springs?

Are there any difference at all?

Basically I have a greddy lip, but I still want to lower it. I would like performance, but my main thing is to lower it a bit, without having to steer away from a comfortable ride.

Just let me know your opinions... Thanks Guys!

Both feel similar to stock but I think they feel slightly overdampened. Slighty stiff but good. I think the Teins have a better drop than the Eibachs. More level. The Eibachs still have a large gap in the front. If you can swing it and don't care about adjustable shocks then I would see about matching some springs to some shocks. You'll have better results.

I've heard people say on here before that the prokits were made to work with KYB's.

I don't know if that's true, but I've got P1 springs(made by Eibach) and KYB AGX's on my L and the dampening seems to me to be perfectly matched for the springs.

Does anybody know where I can get some spring cutters? I think this is the most cheap and effective way?

teins are cheaper too....on average 200 shipped to ak compared to like 250+ for the eibachs shipped to ak...but i think luke alaskawrx has a few sets locally for like 200...u might wanna try to get a hold of him for eibachs if u want those...

was the lowered stance uneven? what did you mean about teins having a more level drop?

and how did it affect the handling, and comfort?

No, the drop isn't low enough to warrant camber bolts. You shouldn't need anything else except the usual tools.... Spring Compressor, Vise Grips, Allen keys, and big wrenchs (17mm,19mm etcs...)

Those parts should compliment each other.

If you have help and someone that knows what they're doing, I'd say four hours. Maybe someone could burn you a copy of the Subaru Impreza Manual? I know Kris has a copy and won't be using it.

I think the front needed to be lower. There's still a large gap in the front.

The gap over the wheels is even.

For sho' thanks for all the input guys. And the pic' Winslow. You know the only reason I would get the Eibachs, is because it probably would be more forgiving to my frount-lip.

But the drop I saw on ofrder's car looks nice, up-front and rear. But it's going to be pretty low with the Greddy lip...HMMM Decisions... Decisions!

Oh and just like Chris said...Luke told me he still has a bunch of those springs for sale. And I hear he's selling them cheap. But buy Eric's first
