WTT painted stock wheels for non painted stockers
Ok, i need a set of fair condition, non painted stock wheels.
I would like to get them in the semi local area (no drives to sunny Portland please ) and i need them in the near future. I can trade my wheels which are stock with gunmetal paint and a silver lip, balanced on the inside and wraped in pilot sports. the tires alone are worth the trade. only reason i am wanting to do this is that i need some stock wheels which are in fair condition asap. my wheels have curb rashes on them (snow in parking lots is fun... sorta ) but all of it has been painted over and yes, while you can see it on close inspection, the paint on the wheels still looks very good and not to mention the tires are simply bad ass. Tires have been used very lightly for about 7k, i don't "drift, hit the nawz in the twisties, awd burnout foo, or do other mad tyte JDM shiznit" If this is not acceptable i am also willing to buy a set of stockers, but only if it is at a very low price. cliffnotes: take my painted, pilotsport wraped wheels... give me your unpainted, stock wheels, wraped in whatever as long as its not bald, that dont have to be perfect but must be good enough for a dealer not to laugh at. deal of the century. erik oh yeah i live in Oak harbor, thats in northern Washington. i would like to stay in northern WA if possible. erik

i will put pics up in a little bit, i should wash them first.
the wheels look great. they just have scuffs on them that are painted over but still there. what i am trying to say is this: While the tires are in great condition, not to mention a great brand, and cost around 500 bucks new for a set, and while the wheels are in GOOD condition, with a great paintjob on them..... Vin Diesel will not want to live your life one quarter of a mile at a time. Pics inc... someone trade me some damn non painted good condition stock whees, with their laughable RE92s on them, and upgrade to some really nice tires and a different look on your car. taking pics now.. |

Mine are stock unpainted WRX with almost full tread "Negotiator" tires, whatever they are. |

Holy cow, i go buy a fish and this goes crazy.
Honestly though, this is exactly the reaction i wanted. The tires alone make this a very good deal. These tires rock. Having just recently been burned bad in a situation some what like this. I need to keep it fair. I have a Pm in my box from 230 He gets first dibs, i have replied to him and he knows what i need from him. dibs roster. 1) skibum444 2) advan wrx's buddy 3) striker13 4)noizemaker Check It out, i have very limited time on this. But not so much that i cannot do it fair, you each have 24 hours. Or until David Glasscock says "hey, give me wheels now" and then we all turn in to pumpkins and i end up eating crow. Reason behind this: I am getting my hands on a wheel set that i have been in love with for quite some time, we are all working on short notice, hence my good deal. I just got the word today that a) the wheels were mine for real b) that it would be prefered that stock silver wheels were part of the trade. If i had it my way i would of got my re92s slaped back on my current wheels and sold the pilot sports for some cash on the boards. Not going to happen though, not enough time. So be patient. I know some of you are willing to come up tonight and do the swap, and i respect that. I only put people who seem like they want the wheels on the list. If you feel like you should be on there, but are not, pm me. If you have any questions on how i painted these, pm me, i would be happy to share. erik |

One more thing.
I have plenty of people willing to drive up here and take them. Due to this i really dont feel the need to drive very far. If you are up for dibs and for some reason you cannot drive up to Oak Harbor, then we can make accomidations. But i -really- dont want to drive anywhere. Come up and see my island, laugh at the Dutch people, enjoy our pretty bridge. |

1) skibum444
2) seattle wrx (i missed your post, sorry) 3) advan wrx's buddy 4) striker13 5)noizemaker 6)david medina 7) shifty eyes erik Updated. Guys i think this is more than enough people, hell i should of put a price tag on top of the trade, but why bother. As i said above, you got one day to make up your mind. I am not trying to get all NASA on people i just want to keep it fair. One day = 24 hours or close to that. If you are on the list and your wheels are trashed, please speek up and either get another set, or just ask to get your name removed. I am not going to allow David Glasscock to encounter any problems at the dealership because his stock wheels that i supplied him look like a turd sammich. We are all objective and observant enough to know what would be acceptable and what would not be. I am in a hurry to move these, but not a big enough one to do it unfairly. If you want them and you are the guy whos numbers up, let me know asap, and come on over to get them. If you decide not to, let me know so i can pm the next guy. If i would of put a price tag on these it would not be this complex, sorry, bear with me. Erik |
