Not totally sure how I feel about those big plastic fenders, and the back of the 4-door looks a little too squared off, but I'll reserve judgement until we see more photos.

I feel like the 4-door shown is the "convertible" model, and that back will come off to reveal the scaffolding/roll cage from other spy/leaked shots.

Totally. I was originally more excited about the 2 door, but it just looks...awkward. A 4 door soft top in a bright color with the 2.7TT would be the business.

That said, my point to being grumpy gramps about the 4 door was rooted in the prospect it would be 4 door ONLY. That's all.

Major disappointment. Doesn't look as good as the C&D renders. The fender flares look awful as it looks like the bastard child of a Wrangler and Renegade. That said this will probably be popular with young to middle age women.

Unfortunately, you're right. One of our local dealers had a row of ~20 fully loaded Raptors with 10K ADM. Last time I looked, they were still there. This is the same dealer that slapped 5-10K ADM on their FoRS and GT350 models, some of which they ended up selling at a discount the next calendar year because they weren't moving. Huh...I wonder why.

I have no problem with the Wrangler getting another direct competitor. They've been riding the gravy train for years. Now my preferred build would be $60k. A $60k Jeep. Seriously.

The 4 door looks a bit poopy, but that photo is pretty poor.

I do like the 2 door, nice to have an alternative to the Wrangler.

Couldn't care less if the rear is a "knock off" of Jeep. If the reliability, fit and finish is anything like my F150, it will be one hell of an awesome vehicle. How the **** a Jeep costs more than $35k is beyond me.
