Old news but I recently stumbled on one for sale and decided to look up what they should be worth and found a bunch of stuff on the web.

Including a few videos and stuff.

You can now afford to get a used Aston Martin Lagonda. The most shocking car ever, and it will only cost around US$27,000.

Ahh, I remember loving that car as a little kid in the mid 80's. I don't know if I would want one, but they are still classics.

I don't see the point of having this section inundated with post about Bricklins and various other "under the radar" failures; not unless the topic becomes: "Non-Subaru News, Rumor, and News to me"

The Bricklin would be Subie related though, so it wouldn't be here anyway. But I agree we should have a ruling. If against this I could always not post it and be happy knowing it isn't supposed to be here. On the other hand it is new news, it just happens to be about an old car. And I don't know if you can call a low run a failure on a super expensive exotic luxury car. They were never meant to be made in great numbers anyway.

I did think the section would have to be non Subaru car news; to be different from any old OT thing. Although I guess the Hovercraft thing I also posted wouldn't fit then so maybe not.

What does Big Elm think?

Anyway perhaps I could have made the original post different. The Lagonda, the above pictured car was the last incarnation but a new version is on it's way, (rumoured?) just don't have pictures of it yet.

If it were somebody else, I'm pretty sure we could muster up some interest and excitement and make something of the thread. Considering your history of making inane posts about cars you never intend to buy and that we have absolutely no interest in, we could give a five.

Well, to clear the smoke I'll add this....

Those who care to show any interest in any of these forums can post otherwise you move along and the thread will eventually die.

And those commenting on past reputations need to wise up. Not everyone here holds up to being 'tolerable' or even worthy of being listened to but we put up with it. So, having said that, people deserve a chance to change if their intentions are good. You don't have to like everyone here but you do need to respect them. People complain that I'm a 'strict Mod' or even 'Hitler' type; but NOT once have I disrespected anyone here. I've been here long enough to know when things will get out of hand before it's being sensed.

This is way OT, but the bottom line is if the thread interests you by all means post, if not then leave it alone.
