Speaker noise 2006 wrx

I have a 06 wrx wagon with speaker problems. I have installed new speakers, tweeters , amp and sub woofer. I noticed I get a white noise from the front speakers when the headlights are turned on. No music is playing during this time but when I shut the headlights off, the noise disappears. When I play music, I get a whine and when I drive, whine gets louder. Anyone encountered this?

A bad ground can cause the speaker whine, check that first. As for the headlight issue, you made a bad connection somewhere, check all of your wiring.
