Default PDX replacement for 06 WRX Stage2

I'm pretty sure this has been answered already, searched but can't find it.

Those with PDX tuning maps on their stage2 06 WRX's care to share their experience? I know PDX's map is way better than the stage2 Cobb OTS for 02-05's, but with the small turbo on the 06, were they able to do any better than Cobb?

I'm planning to go bigger than stage2, but not for some time (probably not till next spring), so I'm trying to figure out if it's worth getting the PDX map to replace my Stg2 OTS map from Cobb, if I'm only going to use it for less than a year. Also, I commute so in a year I'll put on a lot of km's, and am wondering if PDX's map is better for gas mileage...the Cobb OTS map seems to run really rich.

I would like to know this also. I am looking at getting an AP from PDX and I think it already has their map loaded into it. Still waiting to hear back from them though.

This is a copy of my pm to PDX about this same thing:

We do not have an exact answer for you, but you can expect to see the same type of benifits on the 06 as others have seen with their maps. We used the same tuning method for the 06 as we do on all our other cars. I have not compared our maps to the Cobb maps, but it is reasonable to say that they are still running the same tuning method in their maps.

I suspect that is not the exact answer you were looking for, but it is the best I can do.

If you have any other questoins let us know.

(running the stadard 3'' TBE, K&N filter drop in, one step colder plugs -Iridium IX) Also would running 95 octane help at all? I haven't seen alot of comparison on the 06's (hence my pm)

Thanks for your time,
