Default "STi burns oil" -- SOC

Did all the STi owners get the letter from Subaru explaining that they should check their oil levels? I think it's funny how they talk about us being "part of an elite group of driving enthusiats" and then continue to talk about "if you need helping figuring out how to check your oil level". Go figure.

I wonder if Subaru of Canada reads NASIOC, because there have been some people on other parts of this forum complaining about burning too much oil. Now this letter.

The way I read it is that our cars burn enough oil to require a WRC pit crew.

Hmm. I wonder if they'll send a letter to Legacy GT owners. Same engine, same oil use.

Of course its a different demographic, so maybe they'll start real basic like "to open the hood..."
