Default Which car insurance company should I have ?

I just recieved a raise from Geico because I moved in a new area (Pensacola, 32503). The new price is 180$/month for my wrx with 2 drivers (my wife and me).
Wich other insurance companies should I look for a quote ?
I'll like to find a cheaper one but that still have good consumers rating.
(I'm a new driver in the USA so Geico charge me a lot more).
Is there any insurance that have good prices for "new" drivers ? (I'm 27 and have a driver license for 9 years but only 5 months in USA).
That sucks.

Thanks for your help.

Allstate was cheapest for me, but you never know. I went to a local agent, and she helped me out with finding a couple discounts I didn't even know I qualified for. They're worth checking out.....

Subaru used (may still, check Subaru.com) to have a discount rate w/ Liberty Mutual... might want to look there. Only downside i saw to LM was you pay annually.

I just switched to Geico myself but my rates are still higher than yours... gotta wait til November when 3 points come off my insurance.

State Farm is who i previously was with and they had decent rates before my wife's accident, but afterwards it was pretty steep.

I'd say check Allstate, Nationwide, and AIG too.

I have had State Farm since I was 15. They are not the very cheapest but competitve and the service has been awesome. I have had 2 incidents (one in an HPDE) and they did very well both times.

I am 26, single, and pay right at $100/month on my BMW M Roadster.

+1.

I have Progressive now and I pay around $1200, but I have a ticket from 3 years ago. I'm assuming when it comes time to renew I'll be paying less and have a clean record.

My roommate just got progressive (He is from Poland and has only been here 1.5 years - he actually leaves Sunday to go home forever) b/c Geico raised his rate twice on his 06 forrester; what he was quoted for the car isnt what they charged him. I think he saved something around $600 a year just for switching.

I have heard nothing but bad about Geico. After you have them for 1 term, they will jack your rates until you leave.

Get out of Florida... Move to NC and you'll find that your Insurance rates will PLUMMET!!!

I was paying 2x as much as I am now when I was stationed in South Carolina... Funny though, cause now I am paying .20 more per gallon of fuel than I was in South Carolina
