Question MY00 GT Wagon: KYB AGX?

Ok... I may have the opportunity to spend some money I don't have on a set of KYB AGX shocks, I have a few quick questions:

1) Do I *have* to upgrade the springs as well, at the same time? I don't have *all* the money at once.
1a) If I do upgrade the springs, which should I go with... I think the H&R's are too low, I was thinking the Eibachs...

2) What is a reasonable price for not-too-used AGXs? I know the complete history of the shox, and the most they have been through is a few RallyXs and they are not that old.

Thanks In Advance...

There should be no problem with stock springs, especially since they are adjustable.

I was just wondering, Andy...do they fit 2K Legacies?

Have a Nice Day?

Oh.. that is what I guess I meant to put in the question, dammit. I was so excited about the possibility of getting some I forgot to ask all of my proper questions...

hmmm... where to find out... I can't seem to find a KYB site-link that works...

Andy The 2K is a new design. The older Legacy and Impreza were the same. Our cars are different. Just look at the shapes of the STI springs that are out there.

Thumbs down

Well, I was hoping that I could use the same AGX shocks with our stock springs, but I just got an e-mail from Kara at SPO Motorsports and she says that there are no AGXs that fit the 2000 Legacy... oh well, I guess I wait.

Probably a good thing though, since I don't *really* have any money to pay for them...
