Default Need Some Motor Help

I recently threw a rod in my old 2.2l motor so I found a new 2.2l one with about 70K on it.

It has been sitting in a parts car for about two years, I need to know what I should replace on the motor to get it running in good condition.

Things I need i figure so far:
New Timing Belt
New Hoses
Spark Plugs and Wires

My question is there anything I should do besides all of this, should I pull the oil pan and take a look inside, should I change the front and rear main seals. I've never had to deal with a motor that has been sitting for sometime so and help anyone can give me would be nice.

without rebuilding it all you can really do is out it in and fire it up. If it were me I'd change the plugs, timing belt, crank seal, cam seals, valve covers, rear main, and rear plate especially the rear plate and main because the others you do if you put it in the car. And if you had the time go ahead and change the head gaskets while your there, hate to install it and it start sucks in coolant or oil and have to pull it back out ya know.
