Default Any '06 2.5i owners have the SPT axleback?

I'm thinkin about getting the SPT Axleback and was just wondering how's the sound on a 2.5i (equal lenth headers)? and does it bolt right up to the stock midpipe because i've read somewhere on the forums that SOA made a mistake saying that the SPT axleback infact doesn't bolt right on to the 2.5i? I just want to clear up these questions before i actually buy one. Thanks in advance.

I'd try a CAI first. You'll probly see better gains, as there's no piping diameter change with the axelback. Plus, you can get entire exhaust systems for cheaper than you can that particular axleback

Ya, SOA fubared the SPT mufflers that are in stock right now. The flange is rotated the wrong way.

However, the Prodrive mufflers will both right up to the 06 2.5i Better piping diameter too.

Ya, the WRX prodrive muffler. You can get them at any Prodrive authorized dealership.
