Default WRX Exhaust on '99 Impreza

First of all, I hope I am posting this in the right area. I have a WRX that has a lot of work done to it, and therefore have some parts off of it. I am also aquiring a '99 Impreza Wagon for the winter. I am wondering if my stock WRX exhaust will fit onto a '99 Impreza Brighton Wagon. Also, if it does, will there be any gains (power, louder) or will it just be for aesthetic purposes?

Thanks, Keith.

I have an 06 wrx axle back on my RS. I had a custom midpipe made, however I think that if you are using the stock midpipe the flange needs to be rotated. At idle it's farily quiet but when you get on it, it is louder and sounds good. You might feel some small gains as a result of better throttle response.
