Default Tuning my v5 sti ????

I am having trouble trying to get some tuning done to my STI. I have a turbo back exhaust and a K&N filter on a stock Ver5 STI (vf28 turbo, stock ecu, stock engine ect.ect.). I am just looking to get a little more power out of it. I talked to Franz from KTR @ the WBM about tuning it, He said he could do it no problem, but I guess he doesnt work @ KTR anymore. So I wrote F1 dyno in Maine an email about doing it, I told them I had a 99 STI version 5, then they wrote me back asking what kind of car I had. So I wrote back to them again, but I never got a reply.
So I am wondering has anyone had any tuning done to an older sti engine/drivetrain swap. I am in NH, and would like to stay somewhat local if possible.
Thanks

We spent a day fixing minor wiring stuff (connected second radiator fan, 3rd alternator plug, and an intake air temperature sensor that exists on the STI but not the WRX-RA). Also wired and tuned the ECU controlled automatic
The car has been reflashed with ECUTEK99. Results:

Ran out of turbo. The VF22 is about maxed out.
Ran out of injectors. Max injector duty cycle: 94%!

Car is tuned for 92 Octane.

19.5PSI Boost.
Makes power all the way to a 8100RPM redline.

Gained 30HP / 30Ft/lbs to the wheels.
Peak torque now 500RPMs sooner.

In-Gear acceleration logs (before and after):

30 - 50 MPH 3.2s , 3.2s
40 - 60 MPH 2.6s , 2.3s
50 - 70 MPH 2.4s , 2.2s
60 - 80 MPH 2.5s , 2.3s
70 - 90 MPH 2.9s , 2.6s

Sounds good. Thre is an occasional misfire at full boost. We suspect it is my plug gap (not enough voltage to jump the gap with 9:1 compression at 19.5PSI boost with a very rich intake charge). New NGK Coppers (BRK7EBK) gapped at 21 going in, then I get to drive it.

There is nothing more of significance to be gained on this setup untill I get a bigger turbo and intercooler, which I won't, because it will require new injectors and another 2000+ mile drive and a retune... So I guess I'm done.
Dyno plot to follow..
