Default Choosing the best a/r.......

How do you figure out which A/R is best for your application? I am in the planning stages for turboing my RS and am trying to put together a list of the parts that I will need. But I am stumped on choosing the best trim setup for the turbo which prolly going to be a t3/t4... I am building the car as robust as possible (ie bottom end and stiffer valve springs and gears) to beable to handle upwards of 18psi. Help me figure out which a/r to use. Thanks

I think Sport Compact Car had an article a few months ago about picking theright A/R. I think they even went so far as to provide equations for it too.

Maximum Boost by Corky Bell may also have some equations. I know it discusses all sorts of Turbo issues. I'd have to check out my copy at home to see what he has to say about A/R.
