Default Torque chip and S-AFC?

Hi all -- has anyone tried connecting a torque chip (I'm thinking of the one from JC sports, but it dosen't matter which one) and an S-AFC on the same car? If so, how did you do the MAP wiring?

Sensors -> S-AFC -> TCII -> ECU?
Sensors -> TCII -> S-AFC -> ECU?

Since the TCII modified both the MAP signals and the coolant temperature lines, would it be a bad thing to:
Connect TCII coolant IN to coolant sensor
Connect TCII coolant OUT to ECU
Connect SAFC map IN to MAP sensor
Connect SAFC map OUT to ECU
Connect TCII map IN to MAP sensor
Leave TCII map OUT floating..

I did it on my RS and had the torque chip between the ECU and S-AFC

You can leave the TCII MAP signals not connected, but the MAP sensor voltage clamp will not be in effect when you later boost the car.
