Default how reliable STI built engine vs' stock STI engine

Which is more reliable a fairly modified STI engine vs' a built STI engine also fairly modified?? I am talking around 300 to 350 WHP.

How many miles can you take out of a 300 t0 350 WHP stock STI vs' one with a built engine, 100k ?????

BTW engine in STI built by a good scooby engine builder with good parts??

Stock is fine. I have 50K between 350 and 400 awp on the stock block. Some of this is in the tuning. I've seen blocks crack before the pistons go.

over all thought is that the sti engine is good and reliable until you pass 400lbs tq. thats what everyone is saying. I've got about 10k between 350 and 400. no problems.
