Default 1995 Impreza fuse diagram

I need to replace the fuse for my cigarette lighter; but none of the fuses aren't marked. My fuse tester does not seem to be working. Can anyone tell me where I can find a diagram for the fuse box of a 95 Impreza Sport, or at least which one is for the lighter?

My info shows it is fuse #3 as the one you are looking for. It is a 15 amp fuse and it also supplies power to the remote control mirror switch.

You can use a common test light probe to check the fuses without pulling them out. You will notice that the top of the fuses have a small contact on each side of the element. If the fuse is good and power is on you should get a light by touching the probe on each side of the element and the clip lead attached to ground.
