Angry 2002 WRX - won't start - please help

I have a 2002 WRX I purchased from Big Valley Subaru (yeah, huge mistake). For the last year, periodically the car would not start. Sometimes just get a click when turning the key, sometimes it revs but won't turn over. First two times it happened towed on a flatbed to dealer and started when it got there, so they said they could not diagnose. Said it was electical, and could only diagnose if it did not start.

This latest time, didn't start when it was at the dealer. They said they thought it was the crank sensor and the electical harness, so they changed both (cost me $1100). This was last week. Today, doesn't start again.

First, anyone have this problem or have any ideas what it could be? I assume it is not the starter, as that was the first thing they looked at.

Second, I am at my wits end, and am ready to sue them in small claims court. While it is out of warranty, it seems completely unreasonable that I should have to live with a problem that makes the car unusable. When I told Subaru this, their response was "well, its electrical and sometimes we just can't isolate it." In other words, too bad.

Am I being unreasonable?

Thanks for any and all input.

i just had a problem starting and found that it was a loose bolt to the fuse box ground. long shot but that was my problem. could be your fuel pump relay or the ground to it.
