pdx is still offering Ecutek tunes at the old price, unless they haven't updated their site:

So it's only $150 to sell your soul (ECU) to ECUtek as opposed to the ridiculous price of $500+ before.
Where do I sign? Not to mention OpenECU is more technologically advanced than ECUtek. Launch control, gear dependent boost control, Live tuning. (all currently in R&D). Well launch control definitely works. I've witnessed it in my own car. |

Does it? I've never heard of anyone with an Ecutek tune with launch control, per gear boost/wg compensation, or real-time tuning, at least in the U.S. Some edm/jdm/adm ecu already have per gear wg/boost compensation from the factory, so that doesn't count.
