once again tx gets owned by an explosion, how many in he past year holy cow, we have all these refineries but we need to keep them in safety procaution.

I guess that's not near a residential section? If there are no injuries that would be amazing. My parent's house is like 200 FEET away from an underground pipeline carrying - of all things - jet fuel. They've been worried for years about something like this happening.

on the news report they said that they haven't had any reports of injuries and no evacuations. So since there are no reported (immediate) evacuations, that would lead me to believe that it's not in a very residential area. Although I'm not sure how far FIC is from the fireball to get those pics.
