Talking FS: IN 1987 Subaru Justy GL 2wd 5 Speed White

Sold***********

I bought a 1987 Justy a few months back and now Im looking to sell it. I bought it in Illinois and drove it eight hours back home with no problems other than a tire vibration around 55mph. It wasn't to bad though. Its super clean for its age. It has 50,xxx miles on her. I included photos of the pedals to help determine its age (for the non believers). It drives out real nice although has a slight miss during idle. Never stalls out just a little rough. It starts up every time, even when it was below zero and sitting for a week. No check engine lights. I rate the body about a six out of ten, interior 9 out of 10. It was some dents and scratches. I took a picture of all none rust/bubble spots, very few. The front bumper is pushed in a little bit on the drivers side and the windshield has a chip.

Lets see some pics!

Don't get to excited, the CD player skips and only plays once warm. I have the factory radio and the dash wasn't cut when the CD player went in.

Rear 6x9's fiberglassed and covered in carpet. These have a quick release in case you need to haul stuff.

Im looking to get what I paid for it and that is $1,900.00. I know thats a lot for a justy (this is nasioc, flame on if you must ). But like the guy told me when I bought it,"Go find another one this good and buy it." At that point I knew I he had me. The radio, 6x9's and 35% tint all come free of charge. I still have the original factory radio.

Thanks
Chris

Drivers side corner and bumper pushed in.

This is the rustiest (is that a word?) spot on the car.

A little bubble of rust.

Some dents.

Do you still have the car? What's it like to drive? Would it be fun on the backroads and twisties even though it's only a 3 cyl.? I'm somewhat interested in a nice subaru that's cheap and I can just drive part time for fun. Thanks.

I'm more interested in the money.

Although...and its a super long shot...I'm kind of looking for a 98 or newer RS/L/impreza outback wagon (no tan interior and has to be a five speed).

I originally thought I was going to do a wrx swap in it. I quickly realized that I cant weld, so there went that idea. It requires a lot of fab work.

Thanks. Those pix were taken in 1990. My Justy was likely crushed long ago.

I don't think I'm interested in a trade (though I might consider it) but I've got an '01 2.5 RS for sale here in Indiana.

I seen that you have your RS four door for sale. You actually know my buddy Matt (user name TyranosaurusWRX ). I think hes driven the RS and forgot to give you back your keys or something.

Anyways, if my STi was gone too, I'd actually consider another RS four door. But for now, I need to get rid of one or two cars before adding on another payment.

Thanks

Yup, Matt's truly a good dude. He's helped me out tons.

Good luck on your sales. That's an awesome price for your STi.

If I can get out from under my RS, I will give your Justy some sincere consideration. It'd be the perfect DD.
