Who: A friend of mine just purchased this 2007 SWP STi Limited - less than a month ago, literally...
What: 2007 Satin White Pearl STi Limited #625 out 800
Price: $36k
Location: Raleigh, North Carolina

The car is sitting. Everything is still wrapped in plastic. The key fob is still wrapped, nothing has been touched. He does not drive the car, as it has less than 500 miles.

Please call me if you have any questions: 919-376-1554

Trying to help out, I have already expressed that he should sell the car at a lower price but he is trying to recover as much as he can.

Of course, it will not sell for 36k...but we ALL start high

If you are looking for a new STi Limited in this color than this is a chance to get one for a little bit less than the 'NEW' price. Martin and I just decided to try and broker a deal for a local who is unaware of the market that NASIOC presents.

Since it is officially used - you would likely pay higher interest rates and such. But if you have cash you might save a couple $k and get the car you want. It's that simple.

I doubt even $32K will ever happen. Unfortunate situation which I have been in before. My guess is the car lost $4K once he made the left turn out of the dealer lot.

More like as soon as he signed his name on the paperwork, before even walking out to start the car up and drive off the lot.
