Just got this baby back from the coaters. I may have gone over board with cleaning it up. I am currently figuring out how I will run my vacuum lines and which ones I will delete. I am on an 08 WRX platform and has been port matched to composite TGV deletes and IAG billet rails. Any suggestions on vacuum routing? I purchased a vibrant vacuum block JIC.

Does anybody have a clear answer on if the 2005+ legacy/outback intake manifolds bolt to WRX TGV housings? I've seen mixed info regarding this subject.

The bigger the setup, the more it should be worth.

I would really like to put egt probes in each cyl to see what improvements are to be had cyl/cyl
Well at least this answers my question about being concerned if a NA manifold would hurt my power band on my build that will be running a FP Green HTZ.

I know it's not the same build and gains will be different. I was just concerned with killing the power band if I installed a NA Manifold since FP Green are a mid size turbo.

Looking for an answer to a question about running an 05+ legacy or outback short runner large plenum intake manifold on my 05 sti.

My question is since the intake bolts up to the tgv assembly with some modification of the bolt holes do you still need to run the 19mm phenolic spacers since the fuel rails won't be hitting the avcs due to running the tgv assemblies?

Also if anybody has gone thru modding one of these manifolds any tips and pointers would be greatly appreciated since I've found mixed info on several different threads and forums.

What turbo inlets are the people running the 2.5i manifold facing rear using? I have the older style square jdm PS pump and am considering a larger turbo than my stx20gr, may need room for a 3 or 4" inlet turbo but from any pics I've found it's way too tight with the turbo in stock location. Of course every pic I've found is of the two piece manifold with tgvs and mine is the one piece which doesn't have all of the bolt bosses sticking out.

Very nice. I'm hoping to set mine up like this but I won't have maf and instead a huge filter. I will also be using dbc instead of dbw, to keep cruise. The haltech elites don't support cruise yet, but if they ever get there I have an extra dbw tb.

Anyone with NA intake manifold have any photos of how you installed the throttle body bracket for a DBC? Any photos would help me out.

I just test fitted a radium rail adapter to my long runner 2.5i manifold and while the adapter holes line up to the manifold holes (doesn't quite sit flat) the rail injector holes don't line up with the manifold injector holes. Is the adapter only for the jdm turbo manifold? Some searching showed it was for the na long runner as well, which is why I bought it and the rails. A vendor's as also stated it fit. Looks like time to try something different :/

Moore performance makes a kit for a dbc setup, includes throttle cable bracket, TB brackets and fuel rail brackets. I actually modified my throttle bracket so I could keep cruise also. I had to rotate my TB though so it would clear my hood with the 2.5i manifold flipped.

It happens.. lesson learned .. when you advertise something and have emails to prove it. then when issue arise and you are now told you have to figure it out is BS.. should have just been up front from the jump you know.
