Default HELP! ECU sensing knock with upgraded valvetrain

Hello Gurus,
I just installed Cosworth cams and valvetrain. Trying to tue with ecutek, and it senses knock, which in turn retards timing up to 12 degrees! I know there's no knock at all. What can I do other than completley disabling the knock sensor? HELP!
thanks in advance

New valvetrain has double springs. Valves are adjusted to cosworth's provided specs.

there's no way a double spring valve train is responsible for that kind of engine noise. Are you sure the car doesn't have a rod knock or piston slap?
