Default Stumble, need advice

Mods:
bullseye power (small)16g
STI TMIC
Modded Stock Injectors
Warbro 255
3" TBE

I flashed my 02 with the big16g map from openecu. its the 16g map that in the 02-05 modded section. Once i flashed and started the car with my new turbo setup(the 16g) the car wouldnt run right, it sputtered and almost seemed like it has a huge miss in the engine, but when i rev it it sounds fine, this leads me to beleve i dont have a setting right, i played with the injector flow scaling to see if i could improve the idle with no luck. any ideas? the car just stumbles and stumbles and then cuts off. the only things i noticed was the slight smell of gas in the exhaust and steam from the exhuast where we acceddentally spilled a little coolent in the uppipe while taking off the old turbo.

Post or email me your latency values and injector scaling.
Are the injectors you are using out of another 02 or an 04?

The injector latency has changed over the years some. Also, you might need to make a small change to the MAF cal in the idle voltage regions to stabilize the air signal and prevent large changes in fueling.

Indeed. Modded injectors are not created equally. There's lots of variations between them and I believe they all require MAF table recalibration to get them to run right. They do not flow in liner fashion so that makes it harder to tune. Price you pay for savings a few bucks. There's plenty of people here running with modded stockers that got the tune right so you should find plenty of useful help.

I've heard of this but haven't seen it explained. How do you stabilize the MAF at idle? Do you put the same value in the 1.0-1.3 volt range of the MAF table?
