Default Socal: G&G cylinder heads and lost motorsports

Took my 2006 Subaru wrx in for a rebuild after ringland failure, I took it to a place in Pomona called G&G cylinder heads.
The price for the stock rebuild they gave me which was a promo price ONLY was $2900 plus $800 for install with the purchase of my own oil cooler. Pretty good price!
I went in and Gabe was very cool and explained EVERYTHING.
This shop is a small shop that does rebuilds on mainly subarus and does work for the dealers.
I towed my car to lost Motorsports in San bernadino, where Ralph would install the motor.
They said turn around time was 2 1/2 weeks for completion.
I got my car back after about a month which is still not to bad.
Gabe told me that I need to change my oil after every 300 miles until I reach 1000 miles and then every 3000 miles.
So, yesterday I was driving and car was over heating. The oil cooler hose was leaking and the engine had no coolant, I went to puente hills Subaru with Louie and got a new hose 807611121 and replaced it, toped it off with 2 bottles of 50/50, burped the system and no heating issues.
I changed the oil as well since I was down there, and it was about 300 miles. The oil was a golden color assuming those are the shavings.
When I first got the car I heard a little rattle noise coming from engine area, Have not pointed area as I have no one really to help me. The sound has been getting louder so I am not driving it till I can get someone to help me locate the sound, may be a heat shield rattle.
I am and have been keeping my RPM at or below 3k till my 3000k oil change.
I will keep updating in any plus or cons found.
Thanks.

So I had my buddy help me try to find the noise and it seems to be coming from both the heads, it does not do it on idle only as you press the gas at 2000-2400 rpm.
I have a video maybe someone can tell me what you think it can be.
Ralph at lost said it's the TGVs making the noise, but it sounds kinda loud, but it is coming from that area.
Motor now has about 350 miles.

3/26/17 oil light comes on and off at idle, but does not stay on.

Does anyone have a good idea or know what this sound can be?

That's a spun rod bearing. The noise at that rpm range plus low oil pressure are dead giveaways. Whoever built your engine either didn't know what they were doing or cut some major corners which they would have to for $2900. A stock rebuild done properly is around double that.
