How would you fix my mess?
Like the title?
Alright, Specs first: v7 ECU, Innovative LC-1 wideband. I was going to run the wideband off the ECU's fuel level sensor but on a v7 ecu its a no go. Won't work. I had someone even re-write enginunitys logger so it would log the sensor on the v7 ecu but it was a no go. The ECU isn't made for it is the general consensus. I was gonna just use the logger innovative has for the LC-1 but it really sucks. It makes it hard for me to compare data between both logs. I'm a tuning noob, I want things easy... Does anyone have a suggestion on how to integrate both the wideband and the rest of the sensors on the ecu. (rpm, knock, timing etc)

Wait till the next release when the Innovate products are included in the logger....
otherwise you may be able to compile the logs using DataLogLab, but you'll have to finish writing the enginuity definition file(I posted on OpenECU.org). I only wrote the RPM/Power/Torque portion of the file. You'll need to include all the other parameter you are wanting to display along w/ the Innovate log definition file. I believe the Innovate products already have a definition included in the software. You could also just pickup a Innovate RPM Converter. |

Alright, lots of good suggestions. Thanks.
Never looked at openecu.org. I'll check it out now. RPM converter is a good idea too, never thought of that. Thanks again. |

Don't buy more hardware...
Buy EcuEdit logging version. It works with Innovate and others. |
