Default stock ecu question

so i have an issue here . i have 03 wrx which i bought modded with reflushed ecu and i have no idea what kind of reflush i have . SO not to long ago my car started to acting wired i changed most of the stuff which could effect that idle problem but no help so that s my last thing which could be corupted map or something car boost and runs fine above 2500 rpms my question is if i switch it another ecu and if that wont help there is only one way dealer since my car is still under warranty . but with flushed ecu it gonna get declined right away so if i put another ecu and go to dealer can they tell that this ecu isn't from my car does it show info of my vin or something when they hook it up. Or does it have to be programmed to work with my car.

thanks lucas

Why not use Enginuity and a Tactrix cable and try to reflash it back to stock?
