Default Newbie with stupid Sti questions

Hi Guys, all the way from South AFrica. Looking for some advice please. In SA we have the 2.0 litre STi engine and only received the 2,5 you boys have last year. So most of the "faster" Sti's are 2.0 litred motors. Obviously our fuel is way below yours, therefore we run with Toulene and Xylene in our tanks to get the octane up. My vehicle is a 2003 Obsidian black Sti with following mods: Deadbolt TD05-20G, Greddy EBC, Samco intake hose, Hyperflow FMIC, Aquamist water injection and Ecutec based software. Now in Johannesburg we are approx 2000metres above sea level, thus performance is always difficult to come by. The vehicle was capable of a 12,6 sec 1/4 mile pass on 1,3 Bar boost. After fitting the FMIC and retune we struggled to make the same power as the standard STi tmic. There are no boost leaks and the core has been pressure tested.
My question is would you consider tuning the problem or is the FMIC and TD05-20g Combo a problem?? Any help would be appreciated.

Cool that you have a Deadbolt turbo in SA. You may not want any answers from the Newbies & FAQs forum.. perhaps this would be better in the Turbo 2.0 forum.
