Re: Suburban Subaru: Troy, MI
I agree with you, I had the same problems with them. Did not want to deal at all.
I pick up me New WRX Wagon on Monday at VanBortel in NY for 200 over invoice! They have been great to work with unlike others (Suburban).

Suburban Subaru/Mazda does suck. I went there for the 22K mi service recently. I drive up to service and leave my car. I go to the showroom to look around. A sales guy comes up to me and asks what car is that you drove up in?? (It's a MY01 RS BTW)
They dont even know thier own cars...........sad.
But just because a dealership is trying to make more moeny on their cars does not necessarlily mean they suck. I have been to Suburban Subaru enough to know that their sales ppl dont have a clue when it comes to Subarus. But their service is decent.
Is your conclusion soley based on them charging more than other dealerships???
