Default enginuity data logging

I've been able to download and reflash but when it comes to data logging I am not too sure of how to do it. The peeps over at enginuity seem to all post xml spreadsheets. Am I supposed to save the file? All I seem to get is real time with the maximum, real time, and minimum values and just took a screen shot after a quick drive.

Here is what I mean. Its my first day so I'm still learning
