Default Looking for best Enginuity tuner

Hey guys,

I'm currently running an Enginuity tune on my '05 FXT (VF39, TMIC, U/P, D/P, no cats...). I'd like to have it looked at and tweaked by someone really good with the software. I'm willing to pay for this service. Who would you guys suggest that would be interested in my request? I have a couple of names in mind but haven't approached them yet. Would appreciate all input. Thanks!

Scott

Im wondering the same thing I am geting a XPT map dialed in right know with ev8siv3's help. He is coming to SLC next week and could probably do a road tune for a fee. I don't know if it worth the money though. I felt weird even asking Cobb if they would do it. I was at their head quarters yesterday and felt like if I even mentioned O.S. the boxes and boxes of AP V2's would atack me to death I have all but given up trying to tune the danm thing myself even though I have all tools nesisary I am just to lazy to figure it all out. I want to find a good book that stays focused and on topic about tuning. The information on the internet is vast and very confusing. Let me know how it works out for you buddy.

Erik, I'm not going to charge you a fee when I'm out there. If you can work with me and have your car ready for diagnosis I will be able to dial you in quickly. PM me and we'll discuss some timeframes that work for us.

As for the OP, that's a fun setup. I would help you out if I was local, otherwise you could feel free to send me some logs and I'll see what I can do for you in the meantime.

If you require more help than ev8siv3 can provide during his visit to SLC (i will be using him as well hahaha ) we have some local tuners that have used/use the software.

they however will not road tune and I have no idea of thier tuning abilities.

Thanks very much Turboge. 3rd gear WOT 2000-RL work for you? I'll get it done over the weekend.

Sorry to doubt you good buddy. I'm sure will figure it out. I was thinking more along the lines of like a dyno tuner but I don't know what protuning is all about just that it makes cars happy

Both AZscoobie (Clark) and Dyno Flash (Al) have said they will tune using anything, that Enginuity is simply a tool to tune, and that they are fine with that.

I wish more tuners would think that way. Imagine being able to charge 100***37;, and not have to pay any royalties...

Anyways, see if they are traveling anywhere near your area, and jump in on a tuning day that is being being hosted.
