Default any autocross rules gurus out here?

according to this

Beyond Street Modified
# Anti-Lift Kit (relocates suspension mounting points).
# Braces other than strut tower braces: triangulated braces (V-braces), lower arm braces.
1: what does relocates suspension mounting points mean?
2: "Braces other than strut tower braces"...does that include fender braces?

edit: what about the perrin subframe braces?

1. The factory suspension bolts into holes in the unibody of the car. If you use different holes than what the factory uses, consider it relocated. Also, if you use a suspension component which alters the geometry of the suspension (i.e. a longer toe link, longer lower control arms for more camber, etc.) you probably put yourself in the same category. Adjustable top hats (another way to gain camber) would qualify as a relocation.

This ad for an anti-lift kit specifically states it relocates a mounting point: http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/GT-Sp...QQcmdZViewItem

2. Looks like the Perrin subframe braces bolt into a ton of different places! That would definitely qualify as a brace "other than a strut tower brace". The fender brace is also considered "other than a strut tower brace", because it doesn't connect to the strut towers at all.

As an aside to #2 above, there's a way around the frame bracing rules: get a rollcage. As long as it doesn't have more than six mounting points to the body of the car, it's considered a piece of safety equipment, rather than a stiffness mod.
