Lightbulb What is a good replacement Spark Plug besides its stock NGK, for WRX 2002?

On January 12 I'll have to face a new Challenger, Honda S2000 (apparently stock) which claims is going to "kick my Butt" at the Drag course. My WRX is timing 12.9 sec with its entire exhaust system replaced by 3" full system, 1 free flow Cat, a high flow muffler and a little more boost 16.5 psi so far. By then I should have already installed a Blow off valve and a manual boost controller. This will be a great event (only if I come ready for the action), it is all about street cars and high speed!
Well back to the point, I'm looking for some proven high performance Spark Plugs other than its stock NGK brand. Can anyone suggest a brand and webpage where I can get them?

Thanks people, Spanky

What's wrong with NGK's? At least the you don't get crappy Champions like us RS owners got.

But yea, Nippon Denso plugs are good too. Check em out.

With metal types, you are looking for lowest resistance. Copper, silver then gold. I'm not quite sure about the resistance value of platinum. Cost effectivness, you know? Who's smokin'?

Resistance in order best to worst-- Platinum,Gold,Silver,Copper. Platinum is also MORE expensive than gold.

Hmmm, I wonder why they make gold plated connectors? It must be because they are cheaper to make than copper. Just double checked my info. HIHO said it in the correct order. Winslow

Sorry tulit but platinum is a much better conductor than GOLD. The reason most companies use copper is because of the price. Copper is no where near the conductor that gold is. Copper is also very piliable which makes it perfect for wire. Aluminum is also a great conductor but is more expensive than copper. Basically copper is easier to find and produce, plus it does the job.
