Default Downloadable ecu flashers

Does anybody know if there is a downloadable program that i can get like, ecuexplorer or open ecu, that i can reflash a ECU on a turbocharged BD6

I know there are ones for newer cars but i don't know if they work for the older models

Yes there is, ecuflash, ecu explorer, enginuity...all of these programs will work on an 02 wrx. make sure you get the latest definitions.
