Japan isn't nearly as hung-up on 0-60 times as we are but for HP:

Blizten- 259HP
RS- 155HP
RS25- 169HP
RStypeB- 155HP
RSK- 259HP

also the thing with o-60 is it has alot to do with transmission gearing then just engine power alone. i think the type-ra is the only one where the transmission is geared to match the power curve of the engine rather than some synthetic test.. most cars in general tend to hit 60 right after the shift to 3rd..

1999 Impreza GT

Default B4 RSK 0-60 resaults...

The B4 RSK was tested in CAR and evo and in both it managed 5.5 sec 0-60,
an Auto version tested in AUTOCAR did 6.9 sec.
