Default Violent Shaking and "New" Block

When i start my car, it will idle high, as usual, to get the engine warmed up...

thing is, the engine will shake ( and in turn shake the whole car), and it happens very fast and the shakes are very short, and the exhuast makes a burping type noise... any ideas?

my car has 67,XXX miles on it, and the warranty ended at 60,000 miles... I bought the car used with 57,000 miles on it in june, and didn't really drive til august... at 50,000 miles while the original owner had it, knock was detected in cyl #3 and the entire block was replaced with a new one and the water pump, and gaskets were also changed... this block is phase II for sure. well, do i have some sort of warranty with this block?

thanx for any help and suggestions in the mean time! I will be contacting my subaru dealers for more info in a few days also, but i'd like to know what you guys have to say about it....
