Default 911- Issues with 2009 WRX brake job

Hey all, a few weeks ago I asked for some recommendations on pads and rotors. People overwhelmingly suggested the Hawk 5.0 pads with rotors from KTS brakes. I had the dealership do the work (I was getting other stuff done as well) including a brake fluid flush. Got it back and noticed it was taking a lot of boost to drive in a normal profile, and when I let off the gas, the car slowed faster than normal. I made it about 15 miles before I noticed the noises and saw smoke coming from the right front wheel. Smelled the burning pads immediately at slower speeds. When I got out I noticed what looked like brake fluid on the inside of the rim. I'm praying this isn't a part issue, and the dealership screwed something up (so they have to eat the cost).

Any ideas/ thoughts on the cause? I'm hoping to get some other POV so I'm ready in case they try to blame me.

What is the condition of the smoking corner rotor and pad?

caliper seals are bad or loose brake line,broken brake line.. the slides could be sticking too.you have to get in there and look. take it apart. its 2 bolts to remove the caliper.
