Default Neat explanation of subaru motors (hla)

Jeff GS on subbug found this. It is pretty good except it seems to only have hla dohc. http://www.surrealmirage.com/subaru/files/SAE_boxer.pdf

I haven't read it all but wish I would have seen it a year ago. I would be a good start on studying the subie.

I'm sorry if I put it in the wrong area since it seems to be early motors, but everything else applies, cooling, oiling, etc.

Charlie

Thank you. There is some stuff on the EJ22t. I'm going to read through this as I just finished the shortblock and this is good stuff to know.

I believe that's been posted here before. I've had those vibration graphs for a loooong time. About two years ago, I had that document, but lost it with my last hard drive.

Thanks for posting it again, though, since I couldn't find where it'd been posted before when I looked.
