Default Headlight Plug Fried...

I put some xenon lights in my headlights, and one of them blew, and consequently the plug to plug a new bulb in melted. Any suggestions on how to get this fixed?? Can I do it myelf, or should i take it to Subaru and let them charge me an arm and a leg for almost nothing.

You go to an auto parts store, or a junkyard and buy a replacement socket. Then you cut the wires to the old one near the socket, and splice in the new socket. If you really want to do it right, you either solder and heat shrink the connections, or else use good quality crimp-on connectors.

In fact, this is a good excuse to get better sockets! If you can find them.
