2001 Subaru Impreza

Default after swap some CEL codes

Well I finished a swap in a '97 impreza L. I took a '94 legacy ej22 and put it into my '97 impreza L . Everything went fairly smooth compared to what i thought. The '94 ej22 was in excellent shape, only 30k miles on it.
I had to use the ignition coil, and spark plugs off the '94 legacy, but all the other intake, fuel injectors, etc. from the '97 impreza.
I also put new O2 sensors in , and a custom 2" exhaust.

After driving it for about 2weeks now, I have run into a couple of CEL codes. I went home, and got the codes -

P0715 - torque converter signal
P0303 - Misfire on cyl 3
P0705 - Transmission Range Sensor Circuit Malfunction (i believe that was the code. I will check tomorrow)
and a Throttle positioning sensor weak input. (cant remember the code number)

The TPS has been acting up lately - one minute it works fine, the next it doesnt work. The oher day I was driving home and the car just about stalled, then came back to life jsut when it hit 1000rpms. It kept doing that so i pulled over, popped the hood, and unpluged the TPS (i figured htats what it was, had been having this problem for a couple of days). Now the car seems to be running a little better - not wanting to stall anyways.

I got home and hooked the computer up to the car and read those four codes. I replaced the spark plugs , and wires, and I am hoping that will help with the misfire. Any suggestions on what to do about the other ones? I am ordering a new TPS, but I am not sure about the tranny code. and is the car alright to drive ?
