Default eBay license plate relocate kit.

Has anyone tried the $20 knockoff eBay license plate relocate kit? Does it fit well? Just curious if the legit ones are worth the extra $80.

eBay doesn't make license plate relocate kits. At the very least, you should include a link to what you're talking about.

They would probably work fine. I picked up the GrimmSpeed one due to all the different configurations it can run. The $20 eBay ones that I see at a quick glance look like they offer vertical movement only and no tilt.

I bought this. has worked well. The perrin and grimspeed ones are way overpriced.

LOL. I came here to say just this.

To the OP, it's just like buying any generic product. You won't know if QC is done on the products.

I got this one on my car. For being the cheapest relocate out there, its quality shows. That said I still don't want to spend $80+ for a piece of metal to hold my plate. Like other people have said, replace some of the hardware to eliminate some of the issues, such as rotating.
