Default BD radiator options

All-

I've got a bad radiator in my BD, so I'm looking for replacement options. I actually purchased a Koyo R2218 ('93-'98 Impreza fitment), but realized as soon as it arrived that it was about 2" too high. I've since learned that Impreza rad endtanks are top/bottom and Legacy endtanks are side/side.

Has anyone fitted an R1819 ('90-'94 Legacy Turbo) radiator in their BD? It appears to have side endtanks as well, but I don't know if the placement of the pins on the bottom, etc. may have changed over time.

I may simply elect to get a Koyo A2177, which is their OE replacement unit, but the double-stack all-aluminum racing ones look sooooooo pretty, it'd be a shame to miss out if they'll fit.

If the Koyo R-series rads won't fit, I'd love to hear other suggestions for similar types of radiators.

Thanks in advance,

-Matt
