Default Fluttering chirp noise @70mph and up anyone?

so as soon as I hit 70 mph i start getting this fluttering chirp noise, sounds like its right behind the speedo...I really think its comming from the engine compartment area and resonating through the dash...

i thought it was a throwout bearing but when I step on the clutch the noise is still present. even when coasting, but as soon as I go under 70 it stops

its really pissing me off, i have to start taking stuff off to see If i can make it go away.

I thought it was my intake rubbing but I dont see any rub marks...bahhh i just want to drive the car into a wall!

just wondering if anyone else may have had this problem.

Check your stickers, that may be causing the problem
But seriously, a friend of mine is having this problem, and if you look carefully, the speedo needle vibrates rapidly...he says it's the entire unit.... When I first heard it, it sounded like old squeeky drive belts...
