Lightbulb Dashboard cricket

Ok,so I've notice an annoying creaking cricket-like sound since the weather has turned cold that only happened when the car is moving and couldn't figure out what it was to save my life and it was slowly starting to drive me crazy because turning up the radio only seemed to modulate it in time to the music. If anyone else is having this issue enough to bother them I found the source-at least in my case. After reading a thread for rattle and squeaks I was able to determine it its the clock squeaking around in the center pod on top of the dash. This maybe a known thing and if it is than delete this but if not it may help preserve someone else's sanity.

If you want to have a nice quiet car, take some tips from NateDog. He dynamatted his whole car. I think I may some day.

1.) Silicone Spray (really works wonders)
2.) Endure until Spring (rember, rubber and plastics don't like cold weather).

My STi developed a rattle along the back window the other day. I found ice build up along the bottom of the window rattling.

Sometimes also the rear seat lock bracket where the seat clips to the body at the top rattles... I'm going to ignore it until I have the seats out and "fix" it then.

I 3M double sided tape annoying creaks in the fitments. Not much that the trunk kit double sided screwdriver cant disassemble interior wise.
