Default Cam seal replacement help

Hello all.
I've been replacing/fixing a bunch of stuff on my car I should have done when I did my swap. Anyway, I'm on the passenger side cam seal (SOHC). I can't figure out how I'm supposed to get the old seal out and the new one in without damaging it. I've been searching far and wide for some sort of guide, but so far, I can only find one for the driver's side.

Any help? Links?

easiest way to get the old seals out is to take a couple of wood screws and tap them lightly into the seal(opposite of each other) then turn them in a bit more with a screw driver. Make sure to keep the screw far enough away from the cams to avoid damaging the surface the seal rides on. Use the screws to pull/wiggle the seals out.

To put the new seals in. You can use a large socket that fits over the end of the cam to drive the seal in with a hammer. The closer the socket is to the outside diameter of the seal the better, less chance of distorting the seal. You can also use a piece of pipe if you don't have a socket deep enough.
