Default CEL p1153 Issue

first let me start off with my setup.

cobb uppipe and tbe (catted)
stock air box and perrin lightweight cp.
cobb stage 2.

so i was cruising about like 90-95 in 6th gear. and i downshifted to 4th and just pinned it. all the way to 6th. let off and CEL came on. scanned the code found P1153 Front O2 Sensor Circuit Range/Performance (High). reset the ecu with the ap. drove it for ecu to relearn and everything was alright. borrowed one of my coworkers mentors and checked the o2 readings and everything was cool.
about 1 week and about 250 miles later almost same situation. downshift to fourth and bang CEL. i reset the ecu and drove it. everything has been good. almost 100 miles since it happened this friday night. someone mentioned to me that a protune would help. i know its not that serious of an issue. but i dont want to be dumping gas. ***** is not cheap. anyone have any ideas on what could be going on?
