Default Potential Swap: Help me create a list/budget!

Hello. I currently drive a 2005 270whp Legacy GT limited wagon with a 5 speed. I'm selling the car, and will be looking at doing a swap.

I plan on swapping a Legacy GT EJ255 motor with AVCS into a donor car. At the moment I am torn between picking up a 99 Outback Sport for the swap, or an 02 Outback Sport. Will the swap be relatively the same between these two models? Will one be easier than the the other? I am leaning towards the bugeye OBS as I would very much like to fit an 04+ STI gauge cluster in the car, and from what I have read it seems like it will be easier in the 02+ dash, and a hard fit to make on the GC chassis OBS.

Also, I am going to start making a list of parts needed and prices, so if anyone can chime in to add things I've missed feel free, as you probably know more about it than I do. What I have down so far:

-2005+ Legacy GT motor with AVCS OR 06 USDM WRX 2.5L motor w/ AVCS
-Full wiring harness
-LGT ECU
-AVCS wiring??
-LGT O2 sensors??
-Turbo crossmember
-Fuel pump (Walboro?)
-Pedal plate/assembly?

What am I missing? I'm budgeting about $6500-7500 for the entire swap, and I also want to get some later model WRX brakes and some KYBs at some point too.

Edit: I have read and seen a lot of people picking up rolled/wrecked WRXs for anywhere from $3-4000 for the complete vehicle, which would make it easier parts wise. How do I search for these wrecks in my area? Is there any database or way to find these anywhere?

You won't be able to use the cluster from the STi. I'm doing the EZ30R full swap and can't use the cluster cause of the can bus. You'll either have to go standalone to use the cluster or just the Legacy cluster. I would choose the 99. Lower cost on insurance and registration and all that. Oh and cause I have a 97. Love first gens.

Now that I am looking around, I found a few Forester XTs that were rolled/salvaged, can I use the engine/trans + drivetrain out of these?

One more random question, will the stock 05 Legacy GT suspension (shocks/springs) bolt into a 98 Forester? Will the LGT wheels fit the Foresters bolt pattern?

I'm pretty sure WRX seats will bolt in.
